Cheese and Hard Cider Tasting with Jess

Enjoy some expertly paired artisanal cheeses and hard ciders in a guided tasting with Go Love NY and cheesemonger Jessica Galen of Bloomy Dobbs. 

Not into hard cider? Depending on the interests of your group, your cheese tasting can be partnered with wine, beer, or even chocolate! 

Your tastings will be accompanied by an array of delectable nibbles, and we’ll provide custom tasting placemats.

This experience can be hosted onsite at your group’s location, or offsite at Bloomy’s shop.

More about Jess: Bloomy owner Jessica Galen has loved cheese from a young age, and assisted in cheese caves and for a raw milk farmstead cheesemaker while in graduate school for Food Studies at NYU. She later managed Lucy's Whey, then the Upper East Side's largest artisan cheese shop. Through these roles she developed a deep appreciation for the tireless work of farmers, cheesemakers and affineurs (cheese agers). She has dedicated her career to supporting independent farming, most recently as Director of Communications at Stone Barns Center. Her cheese shop Bloomy Cheese & Provisions is a pop up in residence at Hudco in Dobbs Ferry and her brick-and-mortar shop is opening December 2022!
